RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial / management reporting and variance analysis, analyze financial results to identify significant trends and variances.

Ensure compliance to revenue accounting i.e. revenue recognition and Bill & hold process.

Conduct analysis on shop performance including development of margin dashboard by work scope, customers etc.

Follow up on warrant claims on a timely manner which include liaising with various point of contact.

Budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc financial analysis for timely and effective decision making.

Support finance and continuous improvement projects on a need basis.

Provide business partnering with all departments to ensure that information provided is timely and accurate to support decision making.

Management controls and audit function - review and perform SOX testing, evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, support external and internal audits.

Support Finance and Continuous Improvement projects on ad-hoc/need basis.

Interact with various departments to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting.

Assist in any other accounting activities as required or assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Accountancy / ACCA or its equivalent.

CPA or with intention to pursue CPA.

Good working knowledge of MS Office software.

Good knowledge of GAAP & IFRS requirements is an added advantage.

Knowledge in Hyperion reporting system & SAP will be an added advantage.

Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to participate actively in projects.

Meticulous with good analytical & problem-solving skills.

Relevant working experience in audit will be an added advantage

Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and met deliverables.

Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate well with all levels
