Job Description

• Responsible for quarterly GST and monthly Witholding Tax submission Responsible for monthly rolling forecast
• Ensure timely and accurate AP processing for partial month-end closing Perform analysis of Profit & Loss
• Ensure that uploading of staff claims to SAP are processed and verified based on company's policy
• Responsible for balance sheet item management, booking for GIRO payment

• Maintain and update vendor information in financial system
• To support audit requirements on annual stock take
• Assist in preparation of annual budgeting
• Liaise with external auditors
• Participate in UAT to ensure that system design meets the operational requirements
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, experience in manufacturing & trading industry preferred
• Experienced in GST & Witholding Tax; knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
• Proficient in Ms Office, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations as well as corporate policies
• Strong technical knowledge, with good analytical and problem solving skills. Able to multi-task and meticulous
• Agility to change, mature, independent, hands-on, able to work under stress and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Required to communicate Mandarin speaking associates
• Able to start work immediately or short notice period is preferred
