Our Client:
Our client focuses on the area of food and particularly on rice. It was established in 2013 for the purpose of expanding overseas demand, which is a major issue for Japanese agriculture. By installing full-scale rice polishing equipment in Singapore, where the Japanese food culture has already spread, we will make it possible to construct supply systems and product management systems that are comparable to those in Japan thus safer and high quality rice could be supplied.

The Responsibilities:
\xe3\x83\xbbAssist in monthly closing/ sending documents to accounting firm
\xe3\x83\xbbLiaise with shipping company for arranging container
\xe3\x83\xbbMonthly sending documents to SFA, SSW for the stockpile arrangement
\xe3\x83\xbbLiaise with Auditor, Secretary, Insurance company for the annual renewal
\xe3\x83\xbbPreparing for monthly company payment
\xe3\x83\xbbConsolidate of HR matter - Monthly Salaries, MOM work pass applications, updating employees leave
\xe3\x83\xbbTo replenish pantry and stationary stocks
\xe3\x83\xbbTo arrange the aircon, forklift, and pallet truck\'s maintenance schedule
\xe3\x83\xbbAny other ad hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

The Requirements:
\xe3\x83\xbbRelevant working experience is applicable
\xe3\x83\xbbAble to work independently as well as a team player
\xe3\x83\xbbMeticulous and proficient in Microsoft Excel and email
