Keep record of all payments in the company's accountant system
Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintain accurate records and control reports.
Prepare payment forecast
Recommend improvements to accounts payableprocesses.
Assistant Finance Manager with other accounting tasks.
Requirement
Completed successfully formal training / courses in Accounting.
Mimimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a SME setting.
Ability to work independently.
Familair with Accounting software.
5 day work week.
