Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor project performance and prepare reports for review.
- Review audit schedules for intercompany transactions, fixed assets, prepayments, etc.
- Analyze financial statements monthly and report variances.
- Conduct quarterly GST reporting.
- Assist in financial and tax audits.
- Assist in preparing yearly budget.
- Monitor and control project budget.
- Lead the finance department.
- Prepare monthly presentation slides for review.
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
- Responsible for month-end closing and meeting deadlines.
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences in the construction industry.
- Audit experience is preferred.
