Job description:

• Must be able to manage full sets of account books.
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements including accounting schedules.
• Monitoring AR, AP including other receivable and payable, prepayment and accrual.
• Effective maintenance and timely submission of weekly cashflow report, balance sheet schedule and other reports.
• Handle intercompany billings, processing and approving staff claims.
• Review and prepare payment vouchers for directors approval.
• Responsible for cash flow management
• Prepare and process Journal and General ledger entries.
• Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks.
• Prepare and maintain inventory records for reporting purposes.
• Liaise with Auditors and Tax agents for reporting purposes.
• Prepare and submit Singapore entities accounting and tax schedules and filing.
• Prepare and submit Singapore entities GST.
• Able to undertake other assignments from time to time directed by superior.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting.
• Min 5 years of working experience as accountant or similar role.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Resourceful, independent, hands-on and meticulous.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills, Microsoft Dynamic 365
• This is a 3-6 months contract role subject to extendable
