Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other financial reports. Perform month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial accounts. Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, including variance analysis and forecasting. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information and documentation. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support decision-making processes. Stay updated on accounting principles, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and prepare accurate reports. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
