Job Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the timely submission of grant claims, preparation and analysis of quarterly forecasts, monitoring claims. \xc2\xb7 Handle full or partial sets of accounts (Accounts Receivables and/or Accounts Payables) including reviewing of invoices, payments, receipts, and journals. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audit schedules. \xc2\xb7 Manage the various audits and budgeting for the assigned grants. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide advice where necessary. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the implementation of system enhancement, IT projects and process improvement initiatives. Job Requirements \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of accounting experience. \xc2\xb7 Eligiable to work in Singapore \xc2\xb7 Knowledge and hands on experience in SAP S/4 accounting system will be added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of accounting principles, experience with Grant Accounting will be an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. \xc2\xb7 Ability to set priorities with a strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within timeline. \xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented, meticulous, resourceful and a strong team player. \xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work with all levels in the organisation.
