Key Responsibilities New Project and Capital Investment Evaluations Identify opportunities to improve business processes and internal control mechanisms to add value to operations. Provide support within Finance and to other business units/functions in their decision making Provide support on collaborations and initiatives with other business units/departments. Support preparation of comprehensive business review and updates. Perform adhoc duties and projects, as assigned The Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years of experience, in audit and accounting Good understanding of internal controls, corporate governance and regulatory compliance Able to use data analytics where possible to enhance and continuously improve the design and operating effectiveness of the controls Ability to be hands-on, to multi-task and meet tight timelines Flexibility in resolving issues and addressing changing priorities.
