:Senior Accounts & Payroll AssociateSingaporeMonday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pmHybridIntro:Reporting to Team Manager of Accounting team, you will be responsible for management and financial accounting of assigned client's portfolio. You will work closely with local and offshore team in an effective manner to motivate and coach the team, to continuously meet clients' expectations, to optimise the work process and to maintain close contacts with clients.Some of the things you'll be doing:xc2xb7 Work with a team of accounting professionals in daily accounting & payroll dutiesxc2xb7 Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clientsxc2xb7 Contribute and identify opportunity to market our service to potential clients and support team to achieve revenue targetxc2xb7 Ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met for all clientsxc2xb7 Establish and enforce proper accounting treatment, Company/Group polices and principlesxc2xb7 Prepare and review to ensure the management accounts and the financial statements are properly drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act and Singapore Financial Reporting Standardsxc2xb7 Prepare and review of consolidated financial statementsxc2xb7 Prepare and review full set of accounting dutiesxc2xb7 Support in Continuous assessment of procedures and control and implementing process improvement as necessaryxc2xb7 Coaching junior staff to achieve team and company goal as well as individual performance standardxc2xb7 Other ad hoc projectsWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?Required level and content of education:xc2xb7 Possess a CPA with a recognized accounting body or ACCA or its equivalentBusiness experience required:xc2xb7 3-5 years' experience in a professional accounting firm handling accounting and payroll mattersxc2xb7 Hands on experiences in handling full set of accounts with sound groundings in accounting principlesxc2xb7 Well-versed in Singapore Financial Reporting Standardsxc2xb7 Willing to hands-on and capable of driving changes and initiativesxc2xb7 Analytical, meticulous with excellent leadership qualitiesxc2xb7 Possess professional qualities with good communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork.Language skills/other skills required:xc2xb7 Fluent in Englishxc2xb7 Payroll and Accounting software, MS OfficeAbout Us:CSC is a global business, legal, and financial services company based in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, providing knowledge-based solutions to clients worldwide.
