RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bookkeeping, finance & support budgetary operations
• AP management & remittance function
• General Ledger function
• Claim System administration
• Singapore GST filing & ACAP requirement
• Statistics report preparation
• Liaise with external/internal auditors, tax agent & corporate secretary
• Other ad hoc assignment or job rotation as required by management

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accountancy /ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
• 3 years post graduate relevant experience
• Statutory auditing experience preferred
• Hands-on SAP/Hanna ERP system and J-sox experience would be desirable
• Budgetary experience with good analytical skill
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications, Words, Excel and PowerPoint
