This is a Group that is described as a highly ambitious, well-diversified, having also hired some of the best global talent. On the back of outstanding financial performance and continued growth ,the Group is now on the search for a proven Business Change and Transformation Manager.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Business Change, the Business Change and Transformation Manager will be accountable for driving and managing projects initiated by the Global business or systems transformation teams. He/ She will be instrumental for managing projects that are initiated by the business and will work closely with the business and functions (including commercial team, traders, operations, middle and back office) to ensure the successful delivery of transformation projects. Defining data, business requirements of the projects and internal functions, as well as develop coordinate and run test scenarios are regular responsibilities of the team.
Requirements
The successful candidate is a degree holder within a finance or business discipline, with 7-10 years\' work experience in a business change and transformation management capacity. Experience in a physical commodity trading environment will be advantageous. Candidates from banking with an extensive exposure in global markets or the trading business will be also considered favourably. Certified Project Management Professional (\'PMP\') is also desired. You will also be an excellent communicator, a strong team player and a self-starter who is able to take the initiative and work independently under pressure.
