Job Description
About Our Client
Our client is an investment management firm, with a focus on investing in and developing high-growth international companies in the energy and resources, real estate, financial services and agricultural sectors.
- Manage full-set of accounts for local entities
- Manage annual tax filing for local entities
- Manage monthly and annual accounts closing
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecast
- Prepare Financial Statements, XBRL
- Manage monthly payroll and submission of CPF
- Manage cash flow and banking matters
- Manage inter-company loan and other related party transactions/balances
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary and ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or professionally qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in managing a finance or accounts operations
- Good understanding of SFRS & relevant Singapore legislations and experience in consolidation
- Well versed in preparing full sets of accounts and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Able to start work immediately
