Career Path This is a 3-year Investment Research and Management Associate Program which is suitable for candidates who wish to get a head start in their investment management career and develop strong skills in equity analysis. It is also ideal for those who plan to pursue further degrees at the end of the three years. There is one opening available. Responsibilities The Investment Research and Management Associate will be supporting the investment team in conducting research on investment opportunities in India and ASEAN. The position is based in Singapore with an expected starting date of end-2022. This position reports to senior investment professionals on the India and ASEAN desk. . Conduct research on diverse sectors in India and ASEAN . New Idea Generation - work closely with senior investment professionals to generate new investment ideas and themes by building and updating models and databases for investment decisions . Ongoing Portfolio Monitoring - work closely with senior investment professionals in conducting research and investment due diligence on portfolio positions . Attend relevant portfolio company meetings to collect data, get updates and perform required analyses to aid portfolio decisions . Research and writing support for other teams, conduct ad-hoc research projects Requirements . Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Sciences, or related fields with demonstrated academic excellence . Fresh graduates and those who are expected to graduate in the near-term are welcome to apply . Interest in equity investments and passion for equity markets highly preferred . Prior internship/ work experience with a good understanding of the culture and business in the India/ ASEAN region will be a plus . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, task- and detail-oriented, ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure . Independent and logical thinker with good clarity of thought . Must be a Singapore Citizen . Knowledge of Hindi is a plus
