- To provide full set accounting services to a portfolio of clients
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore
- Preparation of tax computation for submission to IRAS
- Preparation of GST and GST filing
- To respond to client queries on areas relating to accounting
- Assist on all account booking for all group entities which include GL, AR, AP and fixed assets etc.
- Perform month-end and year-end of financial closing
- Monitoring of account receivables for all group entities
- Prepare weekly sales report to ensue all transactions are accounted for Assist with audit queries and reports
- Maintain good documentation, journals, staff claims, and transmittal forms to ensure compliance processes for internal/external audit
- Provide support on various budget exercise, management reports and ad-hoc projects
- Any other duties as required by the manager/director
- Diploma/Degree with relevant accounting qualifications
- Minimum 2 years\' experience in handling full set of accounts
- Experience in MYOB & XERO accounting software is preferred
