To provide full set accounting services to a portfolio of clients
Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore
Preparation of tax computation for submission to IRAS
Preparation of GST and GST filing
To respond to client queries on areas relating to accounting
Assist on all account booking for all group entities which include GL, AR, AP and fixed assets etc.
Perform month-end and year-end of financial closing
Monitoring of account receivables for all group entities
Prepare weekly sales report to ensue all transactions are accounted for Assist with audit queries and reports
Maintain good documentation, journals, staff claims, and transmittal forms to ensure compliance processes for internal/external audit
Provide support on various budget exercise, management reports and ad-hoc projects
Any other duties as required by the manager/director
Requirement
Diploma/Degree with relevant accounting qualifications
Minimum 2 years\' experience in handling full set of accounts
Experience in MYOB & XERO accounting software is preferred
