The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a Renowned Retail Company. We are looking for an accounting professional with experience in handling GL portfolio or full sets of accounts to join the team.
- As an Accountant, you will be working closely with the Finance Manager for GL, month end closing and reporting responsibilities for the Singapore entity.
- Manage the full sets of accounts and work with finance shared service team.
- Inventory management: Liaise with retail and warehouse colleagues.
- Manage monthly accrual journal entries and accounts.
- Handle relevant monthly and quarterly close activities.
- Assist in budget & forecast activities and business performance analysis.
- Preparation of management and financial reporting.
- Work with external auditors and tax consultants, and submission of GST.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance or possesses relevant professional certifications - ACCA/CA/CPA.
- More than 3 years of relevant accounting experience and exposure working in an FMCG/retail company.
- Proficient in SAP accounting system and possesses good interpersonal skills.
- Candidate with immediate notice or short notice is preferred.
