ABOUT DESIPRO:
DESIPRO Pte Ltd is Decathlon's Global Procurement & Trading Center entity, based in Decathlon Singapore headquarters. Its activity covers:

• Finished goods and components procurement from 600 suppliers worldwide located in more than 15 countries
• Trading to all Decathlon's Retail Customs Zones
• Supply and Logistics activities for 4 regional "Booster" warehouses located in Malaysia, Tangier (Morocco), Colombia & Mauritius
• Procurement of International Freight services from freight carriers and forwarders

It is one of the group's largest entities with multicurrency & multi-billion trading transactions annually.
Job description

• Technical and compliance-oriented role
• To execute the daily financial operations and financial reporting
• Manage weekly staff claim submission
• Perform month end & year end closing duties in an accurate and timely basis
• Handle bank reconciliation and prepare Balance Sheet schedule
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and financial statement analysis
• Ensure all transactions are accounted for in accordance with company standards and local tax and accounting regulations
• Prepare estimated income tax for submission and liaise with tax agent for Annual Corporate Income Tax computation
• Liaise with external auditor and assists in annual statutory audits
• Assist the Financial Controller with all financial audit, tax and statutory matters
• Perform administrative work and/or any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Passionate and active in sports
• Possess Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Professional qualification in Accountancy (ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore)
• At least 1 - 2 years' experience in accounting role in Singapore (previous experience in audit firm is preferred)
• Strong technical know-how in accounting and tax and proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills
• Autonomous and able to work with many internal and external stakeholders
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
