- Leading Property Management/Real Estate Investment Trust player
- Central

- Financial reporting, analysis, budeting & forecasting
- Accounting operations + Consolidation
- Liaise with audit & tax teams
Experience Requirements :
- Real Estate/Property Management industry experience is an advantage.
- Preferably experienced in full set AR, AP, GL. Software experience in Yardi is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Education Requirements :
Diploma
Chartered Accountant, CPA or CFA is a plus
