The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work in an MNC in the FMCG industry
- Fun and dynamic environment
- Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm
- 1 year contract
- Salary: Up to $5.5k
- Location: Tuas (Transportation included)
- Degree in Finance or Accounting - preferably Cost Accounting or ACCA qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in multi-national companies
- SAP experience
- Business analysis experience
- Lead the month-end process
- Post journals for volume absorption, logistics, deferral and ad-hoc adjustments
- Perform month-end accruals for Tuas-related expenses (for departments assigned)
- Load Raw and Pack material standard prices in the system
- Establish and maintain standard costs for all Tuas Base products (this includes maintaining the BOM and reviewing the yield on a yearly basis)
- Participate and support the annual budget costing run
- Lead cost studies for new base products and manage alignment among departments
- Load in Fusion the data for each official forecast and Plan
- Consolidate, report and lead Xtrim and Squeeze initiatives
- Prepare month-end deck for Regional Review
- Prepare monthly Capex report for Engineering team
- Prepare and share the NWC analysis monthly highlighting the key drivers
