Reponsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and bookkeeping activities
- Perform month-end closing activities and ensure on-time reporting as well as compliance with accounting standards and Group reporting requirements
- Assist with preparation of audited financial statements
- Perform regular balance sheet review
- Prepare quarterly GST submissions and annual XBRL, and submit withholding taxes for the Singapore entity
- Check and verify payments
- Attend to queries Group Accounting or auditors
- Assist with any other ad hoc tasks or projects
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably including audit
- Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS). (In-depth knowledge of Treasury accounting is not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
