\xc2\xb7 AWS + Bonus (2.5-3 months)

Job Responsibility:

• Operate and properly line clear a dispersion enhancement system, molding press, robotic arm, trim press rinser, and packing station
• Accountable to know and follow all procedures associated with the process and equipment of the AFC
• Capable of controlling material handling equipment (forklift) to retrieve new material for the cell
• Must possess basic mechanical aptitude to be able to identify/ correct any issue that does not require an extensive technical background
• Capable of setting up the weight scale at the end of process and performing the final weighment of product
• Run basic lines of code on the control unit of the robot in the case of an unexpected incident/ shutdown of the cell or to teach a new robot position
• Change parameters in HMI screens and use access keys to reset equipment as needed
• Accountable for selecting the correct recipe based on the production schedule
• Responsible for printing work tickets and assigning each batch of rubber to the process order
