About Our Client
Our client has a strong reputation in the technology sector with stable financial and a brand establishment of over 20 years.
You will be supporting the Senior Accountant/Assistant manager in the following:
- AP Invoices entries (matching PO, GRN to invoices, miscellaneous invoices)
- AP Process monthly payments
- AP Monthly accruals
- Review Sundry Creditors and AP aging report
- Review and follow up of vendors Statement Of Accounts and audit confirmation
- Prepare monthly P&L schedules - GL related entries
- Verify monthly staff expense claims
- Annual audit - attend to auditors\' queries
- Any other duties as assigned
- Diploma in accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AP/GL in related field, individuals with over 10 years of experience, seeking for stability and has ability to process voluminous transactions are beneficial
- Proficient in MS office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and computer savvy
- Good written and communication skills
- Use of Epicor systems will be beneficial but not a must
