Role Overview
Updates of employee masterfile
Remits Statutory and Non-Statutory deductions of employees
Prepares/computes Final Pay of resigned/retired employees
Prepares and analyzes Annual Alphalist and BIR Form 2316
Prepares Journal entries to close Payroll Fund
Analyzes and validates attendance data before remittance
Computes payroll (and adjustments) and prints all the necessary payroll reports
Attends to payroll inquiries/issues
Required Qualifications
Graduate of Accountancy
Must be alicensed Certified Public Accountant
Preferably with 1-2 years of related work experience but open to Fresh Graduates
Has excellent analytical and problem solving skills, strong communication skills, result and detail-oriented
Has strong command of all regulatory tax and other statutory needs
Adept or with extensive knowledge of Finance software platforms such as SAP
