• Monitor all banking activities to detect irregularities
• Maintain required files, reports, and data
• Reconcile and rectify all ledger accounts belonging to customers
• Maintain constant contact with the company's customers
• Follows up on all transactions continuously and provides updates to the management.
• Perform the reconciliation and verification of accounts regarding cash at hand and cash at the bank.

• Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology.
• 1 to 3 years experience required.
• With a solid background in SAP business one and Alphalist.
• With strong problem skills, background in General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and knowledge of technical accounting functions.
• Can start ASAP.
