Accounting Assistant- Receivables

  • Prepares accounts receivable vouchers in accordance with guidelines in recording receivable transactions
  • Ensure timely collection of receivable from third party clients to suffice daily cash requirement of the organization
  • Prepare, monitor and analyze schedules of ledger accounts
  • Maintain and update documents/records
  • Generate periodic reports
  • Provide assistance during internal and external audits
  • Comply with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • At least 2 years of experience in the related field
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office and other applications
