DESIGNATION : [Simmtech SE ASIA] Accounting Associate (Korean Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle full sets of accounts, GST and compliance matters
• Maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
• Weekly validation of invoices
• Credit/Debit notes to be updated for all RMA
• Validation of payment to factories
• Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
• Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking

QUALIFICATIONS

• General Diploma
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent communication skill both in English and Korean(to efficiently communicate with native Korean HQ management team)
• MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Proficiency
