Job Description

- Degree holder in Accounting/Finance with 1-2 (or 10+)years of related experience
Our client is an international Property Developer, widely renowned for its history. They thrive on an international and ground-breaking business structure. The team seeks an excellently presented Accounting candidate to handle 1-2 aspects of Accounting + Compliance/KYC duties.
Responsibilities
- Handle AP and ensure all accounting information is in strict compliance with company policies in a timely manner
- Invoice checking and expenses reports
- Coordinate and verify contractual agreements and management reports
- Perform financial analysis on monthly results, forecasts and budgets
- Recognized Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, otherwise would be very open to candidates that have more than 10+ years of experience as well
- Good level of English
- Experience in handling contractual agreements to meet compliance and KYC regulations
- Good team player with good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
