Corp Sec and administrative duties:-

• Corporate Secretary Duties (Incorporation and Secretary documents preparation, KYC and customer due diligence check, Secretary documentation filing)

\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform admin duties (eg. raise invoices and payment) for the Accounts and \xe2\x80\xa2 Admin services department.

• Payroll calculation and CPF submission

Accounting duties:-

• Assist in the data entry for accounting transactions and bank reconciliations under the supervision of Accounts Seniors from time to time.
• Preparation of GST schedules and submission
• Preparation of unaudited financial statements
• Training will be provided

Requirements:-

• Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Willing to learn, hardworking, independent, self-driven and able to work under pressure
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6.30pm or 10am \xe2\x80\x93 7.30pm or 44 hours per week (Flexi-time and work days as per TAFEP\xe2\x80\x99s flexible Work Arrangement)
