• 
  Our client is a premier solutions provider of industrial chemical waste management services in Singapore. They are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join the finance team. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the company\'s day-to-day financial operations and will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and reporting.

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in the company\'s accounting system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, and general ledger entries
  • Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting, including preparing financial statements and supporting schedules
  • Assist with audits and other financial projects, as needed
  • Monitor and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and team members

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, having full sets of accounts experience.
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience with accounting software, such as ACCPAC or similar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
