DESIGNATION : [POSCO INTERNATIONAL] Accounting & Finance Executive (Korean-Speaking)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
Manage general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Support annual audits and coordinate with external auditors
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle tax filings / statutory submissions
Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls
Effectively communicate and collaborate with headquarters on accounting-related matters
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
Minimum [3] years of relevant accounting experience
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Korean language proficiency is preferred to facilitate effective communication with Korean-speaking stakeholders.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: Competitive salary differentiated according to experience and relevant work history.
Vacation: Starting from 14 days per year
