Our client Service/Product : IT consulting
The Responsibilities:
\xe3\x83\xbbManage full set of accounts, supervise financial reporting and perform financial analysis processes
\xe3\x83\xbbOversee financial planning, credit line management, cash flow management, and compliance.
\xe3\x83\xbbReview financial statements and analyse financial data
\xe3\x83\xbbOversee bookkeeping accounts by outsourced accountants and assist in annual audit
\xe3\x83\xbbPerform Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Reporting to HQ in Japan for Consolidated accounting
\xe3\x83\xbbManage the preparation of the company\'s budget
\xe3\x83\xbbReport to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
\xe3\x83\xbbAssist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction
\xe3\x83\xbbCreate additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
\xe3\x83\xbbAnalyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets
\xe3\x83\xbbManage / support outsourced functions:
Corporate tax confirmation support (Tax calculation by outsourced accountants)
Income tax confirmation support (Tax calculation by outsourced accountants)RequirementsThe Requirements:
\xe3\x83\xbbDiploma / Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent business experiences with strong accounting skills.
\xe3\x83\xbbExtensive Accounting & Financial Management experiences with minimum 5 years and above.
\xe3\x83\xbbPrior experience in group consolidation and financial reporting is preferred
