Responsibilities:

• Timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis, as well as routine account closing.
• Manage the finance team\'s efforts to maintain a full set of accounts, oversee financial procedures, and assist business divisions with their daily activities.
• Make sure to create monthly audit schedules and maintain financial records on time.
• Verify that the financial and accounting procedures adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and internal controls.
• Examine and submit annual income tax returns as well as monthly GST submissions.
• Coordination of the yearly statutory audit, group reporting, and budgeting should be done in conjunction with group finance.
• oversee the day-to-day operations of the financial staff while offering professional growth, mentoring, and support.
• To ensure a seamless and effective audit process, keep close contact with the auditors.
• Give any information requested by governmental organizations.

Additional Information:

• Ability to handle a wide range of accounts and possess a degree in accounting, ACCA, or certified public accounting. Minimum of 6\xe2\x80\x9310 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Understanding of GST, corporate tax, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Strong planning and organizing abilities
• Proactive, practical, and detail-oriented team player
• Interpersonal and communication abilities that are strong to engage many stakeholders
• A candidate with a maximum notice of two months is preferred.
