Accounting ManagerOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager within a Shared Service environment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective financial management.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily shared service accounting operations with the ability to make contribution to effective operation
• Prepare, monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports or statements including consolidation, budget, etc.
• Support Corporate Tax team on annual corporate tax information or any tax queries
• Need to liaise with stakeholders on service deliverable and communication including other team members within the shared service team
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits or support any internal audit requirements
• Review exiting processes and provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures including implementation of financial tools to improve operational activities
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• In-charge of annual office insurance approval activities
• Ensure compliance with J-SOX standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Experience SAP user and able to work on financial tools
• Ability to review and process large amounts of data
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise
• CPA with Professional Accounting Qualification, ACCA, CIMA, etc., BS degree in Accounting
