We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Accounting Lead, where your skills in maintaining high accounting standards and staying updated with IFRS standards will make a significant impact.

What you\'ll do

\xe2\xad\x90 Continuous Improvement of the Accounting Team

• Develop and execute training programs on the latest IFRS/SFRS updates, enhancing the skills and knowledge of the accounting team.
• Regularly attend IFRS/SFRS seminars to stay abreast of changes in the standard.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to organize and conduct regular training sessions.

\xe2\xad\x90 Quality Assurance

• Oversee that work conducted by team members aligns with the company\'s quality standards.
• Conduct periodic quality checks, identifying and rectifying gaps in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor adherence to SOPs during the preparation of unaudited financial statements.

\xe2\xad\x90 Process Improvement

• Work closely with the client relations team to implement processes improving workflow quality in line with client expectations.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in projects related to the continuous improvement of OSOME products.

Who you are

\xe2\x9c\x85 Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

\xe2\x9c\x85 ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus

\xe2\x9c\x85 Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong background in IFRS/SFRS standards

\xe2\x9c\x85 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a detail-oriented mindset.

\xe2\x9c\x85 Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
