The Candidate should be a reliable professional who is not afraid to speak his mind and stand by his decisions, and is familiar with risk management and industry's standards, capable of working independently with excellent organizational skills.JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversees daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations)

• Participates in regular tax audits and payroll

• Prepares budget reports and forecast revenues

• Leads Accounting Department's daily operations.

• Works closely with a team of accounting personnel to manage financial functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and tax audits.

• Manages month-end and year-end closing

• Monitors the daily performance of the accounting department

• Organizes financial data into useable information and maintain updated records

• Tracks the progress of financial and accounting objectives

• Establishes accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company's targets

• Ensures financial management is accurate and effective.

• Ensures compliance with the law

• Possess high analytical skills to create detailed financial reports and forecasts.

• Must have a problem-solving attitude and be able to manage a team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven working experience as Accounting Supervisor/Manager

• Advanced Computer skills on Ma Office, Accounting software and Database

• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to direct and supervise

• BS Degree in Accounting or Finance

Job Type: Full-timePay: From Php40,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift
