Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of monthly balance sheets, profit & loss fluctuation analysis, bank reconciliations, and GST submissions.
Perform monthly expense variance analysis and ensure timely financial reporting.
Consolidate, reconcile, and maintain general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
Ensure the accuracy of financial statements in compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Oversee fixed assets and perform regular balance sheet account reconciliations.
Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requirements.
Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) duties and provide support for Accounts Payable (AP).
Generate and process various accounting reports such as invoices, aging reports, and account summaries.
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
:
Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience, with solid full set accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL) and tax regulations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the organization.
