What will you do?

• Prepare transformation project charter whereby the goals, objective, risks and assumptions, work breakdown structures, deliverables
• Manage the overall transformation project and its activities, define & execute digital system deployment plan, ensure available resources and planed deliverables on time and within approved budget
• Plan and manage project human, finance, material, and information resources, and ensure resource allocation with appropriate management
• Monitor the project scope management and apply changes
• Lead business transformation and change management in project deployment phase
• Conduct stakeholder outreach and communicate efforts related to the project

• Degree or Above in Finance, Accounting or related
• At least 10 years\' professional experience with 3 \xe2\x80\x935 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in MNCs, and real cases of driving process enhancement and/or Fin. Transformation. Key role with broad view of ERP, processes and digital etc.
• Good cross-functional communication skill; Understanding of the practical application of agile development methods
• PMP/PMI Certification is plus
