Responsible for organizing and managing external audits according to audit plans. He/she is responsible in overseeing the process of audits, making recommendations on policies, and ensuring that the organization fulfills international and governmental obligations of compliance.As an audit manager, he/she should demonstrate excellent communication skills, solid knowledge of auditing disciplines, and strong analytical skills. Ultimately, a high-quality audit manager should have experience in auditing and strong leadership and organizational skills.Audit Manager Job descriptions: Coordinating and developing external auditing processes. Supervising and conducting independent audits. Preparing financial statements for review and approval of the CPA signatory. Conducting intensive audit of client's financials. Drafting recommendations on corrective measures over their internal controls. Accounting advises to client and improvements of their records.Audit Manager Requirement: Must be a Certified Public Accountant / CPA Degree in accounting or finance. Extensive experience in auditing. Solid knowledge of financial and audit regulations and guidelines. A record of success in internal and external audits. Excellent communication skills.
