Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Accounts & Admin Assistant (Accounts Payable) to support our finance and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and familiar with construction-related accounting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle accounts payables, invoicing, and bank reconciliations Assist in progress claims, variation orders, and project cost tracking Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly closing Support ordering of materials and stock, procurement, supplier management, and inventory tracking Ensure proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and safety records Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies Handle general office administration and ad-hoc tasks Financial schedule and support Audit process

Requirements:



Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 1-3 years of experience in construction or related industries preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero) Knowledge of BCA guidelines, MOM regulations, and industry-related compliance is a plus Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Xero: 1 year (Preferred) Accounts payable: 1 year (Preferred) Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
