JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Handle accounts payable
2. Purchase order, process payments
3. Issue Sales Invoice, update receipts
4. Bank transfer payments & payroll processing
5. Update accounts entries, Bank reconciliation
6. General office admin duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Diploma in Business / Accounting
2. Min. 1 year experience in Builder/ Construction Company
3. Knowledge of QuickBooks / Accounting system
4. Able to start work with short notice.
