Job Description
GigaRider was born of the need to uplift the lives of gig workers, more specifically delivery riders on various platforms. Fuelled with this mission, we set out to build an ecosystem where delivery riders can get support and thrive as a community.
This will be done in phases starting with our rental operations which provide them with a key asset - affordable and reliable motorcycles. Soon, we will develop a seamless experience with all delivery riders in mind, on mobile and web platforms, driven by data yet not losing the human touch and sense of community.
We invite you to be a part of the GigaRider Team as our Accounts Admin Executive where we will entrust you to:
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Process bank deposits
- Reconcile financial statements
- Prepare, send and store invoices
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Submit tax forms
- Identify and address accounts discrepancies
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
- Hands-on experience with accounting software e.g. Quickbooks, Xero
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role would be a plus
