Job Description


Responsibilities:.

  • Handles full set of account
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets and management reports
  • Compile accurate tax-related information & tax filing
  • Liaise with banks, financial institutions, statutory boards etc. on accounting / financial / grants issues
  • Preparation and submission of quarterly GST report
  • Handles monthly payroll process, familiar with Info-Tech Payroll system
  • Handles and manages petty cash disbursement
  • Handles company\'s fixed assets
  • Perform month-end closing activities
  • Assist in office administrative duties
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Possess Diploma / professional certificate in Accounting
  • Min 3 years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of MYOB & Xero, Info-Tech Payroll / TMS system
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous, organized, independent and responsible team player
  • Good interpersonal and follow up skills
  • Computer literate - MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Able to multi-task
  • 5 day work
