General office administration, e.g., stationery, pantry items, opening of a letterbox, scanning, photocopy of documents, COVID related submission to the Authorities, etc
Handle phone calls and courier services.
Corporate identity matters such as business cards, corporate gifts
Supporting the commercial team with presentations if required.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirement
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy and above or related qualifications.
Experience with the full set of accounts.
Minimum two years of relevant working experience in Accounting ( preferable in Shipping).
Proficient in MS Office application & familiarity with Microsoft NAV accounting software is a plus.
Good attention to details, able to manage time and meet tight reporting deadlines.
Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and team player.
