Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Monitor the financial performance and maintain full set accounts.
  • HR and personnel administration
  • Calculate payroll for staffs (salary, overtime, commission & bonus etc).
  • Assist in processing staff attendance (i.e Leaves, Overtime) [using software].
  • Manage petty cash and bank balances
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, CPF, GST and relevant tax rules, procedures and guidelines
  • Familiar with MOM regulations, payroll and HR practices
  • Liaise with MOM for application, renewal and cancellation of work pass
  • Prepare and send monthly SOA to customer
  • Assist in the recruitment and on-boarding of new staff.
  • Perform month-end account closing activities
  • Handle employees expense claims
  • Prepare quarterly GST return
  • Other duties to be assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in both Justlogin and Quickbook will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft application .
  • Meticulous and able to perform under stress.
  • Qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Years of Experience: at least over 1 year
