Job Description

Role: Accounts cum Admin Assistant (5.5 days / Yishun / Full Sets / Up to $8,000)Location: Yishun Working Days: Monday-Saturday, 5.5 Day A Week Working hours : 9:00am -6:00pm, Salary : $2500-5000 & Requirements Handle Full set of account Manage the day-to-day operations of accounts payable functions and expenses analysis Maintain fixed assets schedules (additions, disposals, and depreciation), and monthly balance sheet schedules Managing payment processing matters & GST Quarterly submssion Perform monthly reconciliation against vendors' statement of accounts Effective management of month-end process and ensure all accruals and prepayment schedules are updated timely HR matters such as preparation of payroll, CPF & IR8A/IR8S and MOM online application. Participate in ad-hoc analysis / projects Assist in administrative work such as BCA Safe Management Measures (SMM), MOH Swab Test Portal scheduling (RRT), BCA submission of employees list.
