Sing-Ed Global Schoolhouse, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd (CES), invests in education from preschool to higher education and in education services, particularly those that leverage technologies in Singapore and internationally.We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to assume the role of Human Resource Executive to support the business growth.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo provide HR shared services and day-to-day administrative support: Manage employee life cycle events from recruitment, on-onboarding to offboarding; Preparation of employment contracts and letters; Work passes application and renewal; Upkeep and maintain employee records and documents in HRIS and p-files; Administer performance appraisals, HR policies, medical and benefits schemes; Review, streamline, and participate in HR process improvement projects Handle ad-hoc duties/ projects as assignedRequirements Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience Meticulous and organised team player who is able to multi-task in a dynamic working environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Employment Acts and HR practices Knowledge of Times Software would be an added advantage Proficient in Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Relevant job experience in International School would be an added advantage
