Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese Metals Trading company with a strong history in Singapore. They are looking for a keen Accounts & Sales Admin Manager to grow with their company in the Metals Industry, dealing with scrap metal trading for industries such as Semiconductor, etc.
The Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Deal with Monthly & Annual Closing
- Support and liaise with audit firms and banks
- Assist Japan HQ with enquiries raised
- Sales Administrative duties
- Handle warehouse operations & inventory control
- Liaise and collaborate with overseas offices
- Bid Support
- Ad hoc tasks as and when needed
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance / Accounting field with at least 5 years' working experience in the accounting function
- Driven to grow and take on challenges
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with native Japanese-speaking in Japan HQ and Japanese stakeholders
