Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese Metals Trading company with a strong history in Singapore. They are looking for a keen Accounts & Sales Admin Manager to grow with their company in the Metals Industry, dealing with scrap metal trading for industries such as semiconductor, etc.

The Responsibilities: Accounting:
  • Deal with Monthly & Annual Closing
  • Support and liaise with audit firms and banks
  • Assist Japan HQ with enquiries raised
Sales Support

  • Sales Administrative duties
  • Handle warehouse operations & inventory control
  • Liaise and collaborate with overseas offices
  • Bid Support
  • Any ad hoc tasks as and when needed
The Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance / Accounting field with at least 5 years\' work experience in the Accounting function
  • Driven to grow and take on challenges
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japan HQ and native Japanese-speaking stakeholders
