Job Description

We are looking for an accounts and showroom assistant who not only has the skills and interest in accounts, but also in business management and operations. Managing showroom and the retail environment will be key in your role. You will be in charge of our company's bank consolidation and monthly & quarterly sales reports and invoices. You also will participate in the planning and execution of the company HR and business plans. Additionally, you will engage and miscellaneous administrative tasks when needed.

  • Showroom Management for Retail environment
  • Manage customer database & handle memberships
  • Data Management
  • Bank Consolidation
  • Compile Monthly and Quarterly Accounts and Sales Reports, Invoices
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
  • Assist in HR planning and execution
  • Basic Book Keeping
