Receivables management: Generating invoices, monitoring, and collection of receivables, sending of customer statements
Expenses and payables management: Supplier payments, Nurses pay-out
Handling of customer general enquiries
Inventory management
Book-keeping and preparing of schedules in preparation for Quarterly GST submissions
Preparation of monthly financial reports and relevant schedules
Assist in preparation of yearly financial statements and liaising with auditors
Assist in preparation of quarterly GST
Assist in implementation of financial accounting and management accounting policies, business segment and bad debt reporting, etc.
Assist in preparation of financial analysis, modelling and presentations for fundraising, capital management, board meetings, investor relations, and business re-organization purposes
Job Requirements
Possess at least Higher Nitec in Accounting
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Able to undertake business process improvements in a start-up environment
Being meticulous, detail-oriented, independent at work, and a good team player
IT savvy and good in Microsoft Excel
Highly adaptable and responsive to changing or new business challenges, processes and in working with operations teams
Those with experience in handling partial accounts in AR or AP will be considered for Accounts Assistant position.
